Björk, our first sumak-knotted rug, is a testament to our steady, gentle approach to innovation. With meticulous craftsmanship, we’ve created a rug that combines a unique, knit-like look with excellent structure and durability.
This gradual renewal ensures an ongoing refinement across the entire collection building upon its own heritage.

The unique, organic look and feel of each rug is built on designer Jens Landberg Schrøder’s decades of experience and dedication to getting stuck into every detail. From selecting the right cotton for the warp to combining wool and designing the weaving structure, this meticulous approach lays the foundation for the high-quality craftsmanship that defines all our rugs.
The finishing touch is the sublime colour and shade, developed in collaboration with renowned colour expert and designer Lisbet Friis.
